A wide range of Acu-Rite, Anilam and Metronics CNC and DRO systems will be demonstrated by measurement and control specialist ACI Europe at Productivity Partnerships 2004 from 19-21 October 2004 at 600 Centre, Shepshed Complementing ACI's comprehensive display - and as part of Productivity Partnerships' focus on live integrated applications across a variety of production and mould and die activities - the Anilam 6000 Series high-speed digital conversational CNC will be demonstrated on a 600 Centre Richmond vertical machining centre utilising Marposs probing and Pathtrace CAD/CAM

The representatives of Anilam's portfolio on show at Shepshed will be the W211, W450 and W900 one- to four-axes DROs along with a variety of precision glass linear encoders - PGS-P 5 Micron, RBS-5 and 1T, as well as RBM-5T and 1T (with one or five micron resolution, respectively).

There will also be the 3000 and 5000 Series CNC systems for milling machines; the 4200T lathe CNC; and the 6000 Series CNC for vertical machining centres and milling machines.

From the Acu-Rite range: 100, 200 and VRO300 series one- to six-axes DROs, complemented by a selection of precision glass linear encoders - MicroScale (with 0.5 micron or one resolution), ENC 150 (with 0.5, one, two, five or 10 microns resolution) and the ENC250 long-travel encoder with five micron resolution.

In addition, the Acu-Rite MillPWR CNC will be on show, illustrating its two-/three axes control/three-axes readout capabilities.

From the Metronics range: the Gage-Chek multi-dimension readout for metrology applications, alongside the Quadra-Chek 200 DRO for measuring and inspecting 2- and 3-D geometric components.

With 20 sponsoring companies, Productivity Partnerships 2004 will demonstrate the latest developments in machine tools and automation, software, measurement and a plethora of ancillary products.
