Visitor documents will then be distributed via wireless network to all exhibitors for use in tailored demonstrations.
According to Doug Miles, AIIM Marketing Manager, "This service will provide a unique demonstration of the benefits of capture and collaboration".
"Demonstrations based on real visitor data and forms, rather than generic sample documents, will enable exhibitors to discuss visitor requirements in a more targeted way".
"Visitors will be better positioned to effectively evaluate the features and benefits of individual solutions and suppliers." The AIIM Roadshow also features keynote presentations, round-table discussions and the opportunity to discuss individual needs with industry experts.
The UK Roadshow will visit: London, April 4th; Bristol, 5th; Birmingham, 6th; Manchester, 7th; Glasgow, 8th.
