The new BSM solution is built on the company's well-developed metadata management technology, ASG-Rochade.
The latter is an enterprise-scale metadata repository and knowledge engine designed for use in medium to large-size organisations.
Within ASG's BSP it provides the basis for a powerful configuration management database (CMDB), a single repository of data for all elements in the IT environment essential to achieve effective and scalable BSM.
