A sampling valve combines manual quarter turn operation with spring return for precise sampling and operator safety when mounted to vessel or piping.

AJG Waters introduces the Strahman 'Quik' Sampling Valve, which combines manual quarter turn operation with spring return for precise sampling and operator safety When mounted to vessel or piping any internal scale or crust is broken through by the operation of the valve

The valve can also be supplied with an extended sample tube so the sample can collected up to 6in from the pipe or vessel wall.

When used in reverse flow for injection purposes the extended sample tube enables the injected fluid to enter towards the mid stream section of the pipe.

This 3/4in valve is rated class 600 lb per ANSI B16.34 and the soft seated design, with live loaded packing, provides a bubble tight shut-off per ANSI Class VI.

The valve has an ISO mounting plate which enables the valve to be easily fitted with a padlock to prevent unauthorised use or a pneumatic or electric actuator.
