Four portable models of manually operated, plasma-arc cutting systems using inverter technology range from a general usage system to high quality systems.

Oerlikon has introduced four Citocut manual plasma-arc cutting sets all of which feature inverter technology They are as follows

* Citocut K - with built-in compressor.

Light (12kg) and compact, this equipment can be used for all situations.

230V single-phase and primary consumption below 16A.

Citocut K is easy to use thanks to the ergonomic design and digital display.

Quality cut: up to 4mm, severance cut: up to 8mm.

Can be used in maintenance applications.

* Citocut 10i - light weight (8kg), 230V single-phase and primary consumption below 16A, digital parameter display, quality cut: up to 8mm, severance cut: up to 10mm.

Can be used in maintenance applications.

* Citocut 20i - 230V-400V three-phase with the 'autolink' system included for automatic primary voltage recognition.

Digital display of the cutting parameters and a quality cut: up to 20mm with high duty cycle.

Highly flexible, a wide range of work is possible: sheet metal cutting, perforated sheet cutting and air gouging.

The optional 'automatic card' enables connection to an automatic cutting machine.

Applications include construction work.

* Citocut 40i - 400V three-phase.

Digital display of the cutting parameters and of warning messages.

Quality cut: up to 40mm with high duty cycle.

Highly flexible, a wide range of work is possible: sheet metal cutting, perforated sheet cutting, air gouging.

The optional 'automatic card' enables connection to an automatic cutting machine.

Main applications are heavy duty construction work or in the workshop.
