Labeller works continuously in harsh conditions
Advanced Labelling Systems (ALS) has launched a new heavy-duty, automatic print and apply labelling solution, the ALX 2038.
Labelling system prints at 300mm/sec
In response to customer demand for increasingly faster 1:1 print and apply labelling, Advanced Labelling Systems (ALS) has launched the ALX 924, with a print speed of up to 300mm/second.
Furthermore, its stainless-steel and anodised aluminium construction are corrosion-resistant; offering users outstanding levels of durability and maintenance-free operation.
ALS will be highlighting the benefits of the ALX 3138 and other labelling solutions by demonstrating their labelling capabilities at different stages in the manufacturing process.
The first stage is primary: labelling the packaging that contains the product.
On the fully-networked stand, visitors will be able to see the high-speed ALX 720, the new ALX 3138, the highly-reliable and compact ALS 350 and ALS 600 mainline labelling machine applying labels directly onto real customer packs.
The secondary stage involves labelling the outer packing that contains the customer packs.
This will be demonstrated by the robust ALX 2038 modular print and apply system fully integrated with an Endoline case sealing machine applying front of pack labels to cartons.
The final stage, or tertiary stage, will be demonstrated by the new ALX 3138; proving its versatility by labelling two sides of a pallet.
The stand will also feature the CHESS range of 64-bit, high-speed thermal transfer printers, designed for fast high-quality label printing in a wide range of applications, as well as the ALS Series Tube Labeller applying labels to flexible tubes.
Furthermore, ALS will be promoting the suitability of its products for a wide range of print engines including Zebra, Novexx, SATO and the EAN 128 barcode standard.
