Ambersil developed a form of Amberklene FE10 over twenty years ago and the product has evolved to its present day formulation and is now part of a range of high performance solvent degreasers.
The range also includes Amberklene ME20 and Amberklene LO30.
FE10 is a fast evaporating solvent, an essential benefit when components being cleaned need to be dry and ready for use in the shortest time possible.
ME20 is recognised as a heavy-duty solvent cleaner that benefits from controlled evaporation, which allows more contact time to enable thorough and efficient removal of contamination.
LO30, a low odour solvent, offers an ideal solution when working in confined spaces or anywhere lacking airflow and therefore provides better working conditions without jeopardising product performance and LO30 also meets the aviation specificationTT-N-95B.
FE10, ME20 and LO30 have been proven by Ambersil and its customers to be highly effective when removing grease, oil, tar, wax and hydrocarbon soiling.
All the range is an ideal alternative to chlorinated solvents such as 1,1,1, Trichloroethane.
Ambersil's Product Manager Mr Will McAllister said 'the biggest users of the range are the aerospace industry, closely followed by the electrical servicing sector and general engineering and all of which are continuing to grow'.
