Two companies have come together to manufacture a an automated lubrication system, filled with a high performance extended life grease designed for use in arduous and non-arduous conditions.

Ambersil, manufacturers of maintenance and repair chemicals have joined forces with Wymark of Cheltenham, producers of the patented, Greasomatic Automatic Lubricator The two companies have come together to manufacture a Greasomatic, their automated lubrication system, filled with Ambersil's high performance EXL Ambergrease

Greasomatic's are gas pressurised and inject lubricant continuously for preselected periods of up to 12 months.

A Greasomatic simply screws into a standard grease nipple socket and once activated, remains completely sealed to the bearing (keeping containments out) and will go on working at any temperature between -40degC and +80 degC.

EXL Ambergrease is an extended life grease designed for use in a wide range of arduous and non-arduous working conditions.

It is a premium quality extremely stable multi-complex soap thickened grease that significantly outperforms most standard and long life bearings greases, prolonging bearing life and reducing grease consumption.

A major cause of bearing failures is inadequate lubrication, the use of the Greasomatic enables failures to be reduced or even eliminated, due to constant the lubrication that the Greasomatic offers.

Consequently, less bearing failures means a reduction in machine downtime and an improvement in productivity.

It also means, no matter how busy a workforce, machinery is being correctly lubricated.

This is an important factor considering that research shows that 36% of premature bearing failures are due to inadequate lubrication.
