Alfa Laval has won an order to supply Plate Heat Exchangers (PHEs) and filters for cooling duties in two nuclear reactors scheduled for installation in China.
The equipment will be installed in a reactor island cooling system where sea water will be used to cool a closed-loop cooling-water circuit, providing fresh cooling water to various parts of the reactor plant.
