Lubricator keeps watch on pneumatic
system health
Features of the Watchdog lubricator may reduce cost significantly, by increasing throughput, reducing downtime and capital equipment expenditure on replacing pneumatic systems.
Features of the Watchdog lubricator may reduce cost significantly, by increasing throughput, reducing downtime and capital equipment expenditure, due to extending pneumatic component life from wear reduction and quicker cycling time Our Watchdog Lubricator will out perform competing lubricators because engineers detect oil drop dispensing rate in real time
The lubricator monitors air consumption rate against oil consumption rate and controls the rate of oil consumption.
A feedback signal can be programmed via the machine's PLC to alert operator if oil is getting low.
The Watchdog also injects a constant vapour of oil into air stream as opposed to an occasional mist.
Norgren, Watts and Wiley Vogel representatives have seen the prototype in operation.
