Machine frame structures constructed easier
To simplify special purpose machinery structures a range of aluminium profiles and accessories can be used for machine guarding, work and assembly stations and machine frames.
The MayTec Clean Room System now has additional plain profiles which are complimented by new installation accessories including 'radius covers' and 'domed cover plugs' which help to eliminate dirt traps when constructing frames.
This new offering, from Applied Automation, is based around the standard connection system enabling fast and simple assembly whilst guaranteeing the highest stability.
The use of the aluminium profile for a structural frame leads itself into unlimited applications; however Nigel Williams (MayTec Product manager at Applied Automation) said: "our market focus is towards applications in the pharmaceutical industry and also the optical industry, medical technology and food industry." One key advantage the aluminium structure has over a welded and traditionally built structures is that it does not require any painting or finishing, is very clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
