Indian firm to support painting systems

The sales, installation and service activities of B and M surface coating systems is being supported in India by the Aquarius Engineering Consultancy.

Aquarius Engineering Consultancy, Pune from India, a paintshop consultancy firm, will now support the sales, installation and service activities of B and M surface coating systems, Germany in India B and M is an established name in automated painting technology, possessing high process competence in plant engineering, both for plastic and metal painting

Their product range comprises of the following.

* Paint application robots.

* Paint mixing and dozing systems.

* PT and ED systems.

* Complete painting plants.

This is a step towards catering to the major auto and engineering industries expansion in India.

The automation equipment will not only produce consistent high quality finish but also help in making higher production targets possible within existing paintshops.

Presently, Aquarius is working on the prestigious paint shop project of an Italian joint venture in India viz.

Bonfiglioli Transmissions, Chennai.

The project involves the design of a water based, two component paint shop for gearboxes and motors.

Aquarius' scope is right from setting up of the design specifications to the commissioning trials of the new paint shop.
