We need experienced people on the ground to support this strategy".
Fitzpatrick has a background in mechanical engineering and over 25 years of experience in the automotive and aerospace industries.
Arnold Umformtechnik considers Fitzpatrick to be well qualified to represent the company in the UK and Ireland.
His career to-date has included positions in new product development, sales and account management and applications engineering.
Having worked for large international companies in the past, Fitzpatrick knows how to avoid many of the pitfalls of pan-European commercial relationships.
"The management team at Arnold has an international strategy in place which suits the dynamic way in which the company does business," commented Fitzpatrick.
"I am looking forward to being part of the team fulfilling the objectives that have been set for the UK and Ireland.
Arnold has a very professional approach to customer service and is providing the dedicated technical support needed to look after customers in the UK and Ireland." He added: "I will be working on further developing the region's market for Arnold.
Although Arnold is mostly known for supplying the automotive industry, we will be looking at developing existing and building new relationships in other areas as well.".
