ARRK secures major share in NPL Technologies
The ARRK Product Development Group reports that it has purchased a 55% stake in the UK's leading foundry tooling and jigging business NPL Technologies in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.
The ARRK Product Development Group is delighted to be able to report that it has purchased a 55% stake in the UK's leading Foundry Tooling and Jigging business NPL Technologies in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.
NPL Technologies, who specialise in the provision of Foundry Tooling, Models and Tooling Fixtures for many leading edge Automotive and F1 businesses, employ around 100 people in the Nuneaton, Warwickshire and a further 40 staff at its subsidiary, NPL Ditemsa in Mexico.
ARRK PDG have acquired an initial 55% share in NPL Technologies, making the ARRK group's facilities and services in the UK an even more formidable force and will significantly strengthen its potential service offerings to customers.
NPL Technologies will continue to be run by the current team, led by Tony Lowe in Nuneaton and Oliver Johnson in Saltillo, Mexico, both NPL Technologies's Joint Managing Directors.
Together with the rest of the strong management team and the very experienced staff, the team will now be further able to continue the successful growth of NPL Technologies.
As well as having its own customer base NPL Technologies will also be working closely with other ARRK companies, especially in the UK, Europe and the U.S.A.

It is intended that NPL Technologies will continue to be run under its own name, and consequently as a separate business, although it will obviously have new owners and be part of the extensive ARRK Network of businesses around the world.
Peter Rawson, Abhilash Katkoria and Kazumi Araki will be joining the Board of NPL.
