Following the successful launch of ARRK's online quoting and ordering service for rapid prototypes, the company has appointed Nikki Balm to the position of New Business Development Adviser.

As well as traditional customer support, Nikki's role within the ARRK sales team will include installation and demonstration of the cutting edge, online system which empowers our customers to prepare quotes and orders quickly and efficiently, at their convenience, without the need for conventional communications.

Balm explained: "This exciting development allows customers to fix data, prepare a quotation and place an order at any time for SLA, SLS and vacuum cast components.

Using the online system also allows customers to specify levels of finish and even confirms delivery at time of order.

Our customers need flexibility and efficiency in these busy times and this service offers just that.

Online also provides a first class Request for Quotation system for non standard and complicated components or projects.

With both angles covered, ARRK Online provides a flexible service for facilitating customer's operational needs.".
