An economical thin film application of Enviro-weld spray-on liquid is sufficient to reduce the adhesion of weld spatter, says Assured Solutions.

An economical thin film application of Enviro-weld spray-on liquid is sufficient to reduce the adhesion of weld spatter, says Assured Solutions.

Wire brushing or light scraping is all that is necessary to remove spatter after welding, so eliminating grinding and saves on finishing time.

Enviro-weld is a non-toxic anti-spatter water-based product, which does not contain harmful petroleum or chlorinated solvents.

It is non-flammable, biodegradable and will not produce fume.

Enviro-weld also provides short-term corrosion protection.

It does not contain silicone so that painting can be carried out without any further surface treatment.

The Enviro-weld liquid is dispensed with a trigger spray and a light misting of the workpiece is all that is required before welding.

I provides improved performance when working into corners and will not flash-off, even on long runs.

Assured Solutions also says that the incidence of puddling or capillary action between the joints - which can produce weld porosity - is also eliminated when the spray is correctly applied.

The anti-spatter liquid can be supplied in seven container sizes, from 500ml to 1000 litres.

Refillable one-litre bottles are all equipped with trigger sprays, which provide the most effective application, says Assured Solutions.
