ASI DataMyte has released an improved version of its Audit Manager product, bringing increased capability and versatility to the state-of-the-art system for managing high-volume assembly audits.

Audit Manager provides an automated, cost-effective solution for containment and suspect lot audits for high volume, physically large, serialized products.

Enhancements for the new version of Audit Manager include the ability to produce actionable reports, data collection for both variable characteristics and attribute concerns, language support for English, French, German, Italian and Portuguese, direct interface to torque wrenches, calipers, barcode scanners, gap and flush tools, and more.

Actionable reports provide information required to move a product forward in the production or distribution system.

For example, the Audit Manager system may report a list of serial numbers from a suspect lot of products that are okay to ship, another list of serial numbers that need rework and a third list of serial numbers that have escaped confinement and must be recalled.

Each audit may have up to 99 variable characteristics and eight attribute concerns.

The Audit Manager software creates attribute audits, downloads them to an ASI DataMyte Model 501Y data collector, uploads data and generates reports.
