Leak testing data collection made easier by PC
Advanced Data Management software has been developed by ATEQ, to enable easier control of leak test programmes and collection of test data via PC.
High spec leak detector has faster fill system
Specially developed for manual or semi-automatic test benches with a high level of specification and the latest advances in measurement technology, the F530 Leak Detector is easy to set up.
One has four leak rate measurement ranges covering zero to 2000cc per minute and will measure pressure from -1 to +10 bar.
This version is particularly beneficial where a wider range of test pressures/acceptable leak rates apply, for example in multiple product testing.
As an alternative, the unit is available with a single leak rate measurement range for users who need only a limited range.
Either version can also be used to check the accuracy of 'calibrated leaks', the conventional method of test instrument calibration checking - recalibration by the manufacturer of all calibrated leaks used can now be replaced by just one periodical calibration of the ATEQ LFC.
With its built-in registration of ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure, it has the unique capability of converting actual values to known standard values (eg: 20degC and 1013 mbar).
This means that measurements can now be precisely defined and compared throughout multi-site operations regardless of variations in environmental circumstances or attitude.
Numerous other functions are standard, including serial and infrared interface, multiple measurement units, results storage, time/date function, multiple languages, and more.
