He received an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from RPI's Lally School of Management and Technology.
Pilot line now in full operation - Hammerbacher added the timing of this appointment is "ideal because our pilot line is now operating and this is giving us the initial solar cell samples we need to fuel not only product development initiatives but also our marketing efforts."
