Bagging machines add on shipment data
OneStep bagging machines have 'Print-n-Pack' order fulfilment technology that offers high-quality, pre-printed bags with shipping data directly onto the bag.
This redirects parts into an isolated bin, ensuring complete quantity accuracy for each package and preventing over counting.
In order to improve accuracy and productivity further, the AccuCount 200 operates a part profiling analysis, which assigns a value to each part.
Any part below this value in weight or size, like dirt or part fragments is identified as scrap and not counted, preventing under counting.

Sensitive, Accurate Weighing Operation Automated Packaging Systems has also reported increased sales of its highly accurate AccuScale 220 weigh-counter, a simple to use, sensitive weighing system that counts small parts with extreme accuracy and reliability.
With an overall capacity of 2.25kg the system uses the latest technology to detect individual products as light as 0.1g in weight.
It also handles products that tangle easily and cannot therefore be counted accurately through bowl feeders.
Microprocessor controls and a simple touch-screen allow the system to be set up quickly, with fast changeover between different products.
Self-adjusting scale sensitivity assists in accuracy for part-to-part weight variations.
Multi-batch capability for large product applications that exceed the volume of the flip-tray provides even greater flexibility.
Finally its compact design makes best use of valuable floor space.
