Bagging machine also seals at 80

A bagging machine bags and seals a range of bag sizes at up to 80 bags/min and makes pack size changes possible in less than 2 min.

Automated Packaging Systems (APS) will be showcasing the AB 180 bagging machine at this year's PPMA exhibition Claimed to be capable of bagging and sealing a range of bag sizes at speeds of up to 80 bags per minute, it is also said to make pack size changes possible in less than two minutes

APS Autobag systems offer complete end-of-line systems for every stage of the packaging process - counting, conveying, bagging, labelling and void filling.

The Maximizer in-feed conveyor is said to increase productivity with its versatility and achieves a higher packaging rate without the need for additional labour.

The company added that for high accuracy automatic counting the Accucount 200 is capable of counting and batching at speeds up to 2,500 packages/h, for maximum uptime and productivity.

Also on show will be the new Airpouch Express 3 void-fill system for product protection during shipping.
