IP66 cased pumps use an easy tube load pump heads for quick tube change to suit more heavy duty uses where thick wall tube gives excellent suction and pressure handling.

The IP66 cased pumps utilize Autoclude Easy Tube Load pump heads for quick tube change and an enhanced version of the popular 3000 pump head to suit more heavy duty applications where thick wall tube gives excellent suction and pressure handling A range of control options are available from simple variable speed control to fully programmable dispensing

Manual control pumps are reversible with fast prime and variable speed, the Easy Tube Load version has a DC drive motor with replaceable brushes whilst the Heavy Duty 3000i has a brushless DC motor for low maintenance and keypad control with alpha-numeric display.

Auto Control versions all have low maintenance brushless dc motors with keypad and alpha-numeric display plus remote analogue signal control of 'STOP/START/REVERSE' and speed control via 4-20mA, 0-10V DC or remote10k potentiometer.

A footswitch or other volt free contact can be used to operate the pump.

In addition to Auto Control features the Programmable Dispenser pumps can also be programmed to dose single or repeat volumes with interval time.

Accuracy with viscous products can be achieved using the calibration mode with run-back option to prevent spillage.

Digital signals via RS232 connection will give full windows based control of the pump and facility to store many different pump settings.

Batch and speed ramp options for multi-filling applications are also available.

The extensive range of features and flow rates will suit the laboratory as well as scientific and industrial markets where a degree of protection from water ingress is required and where the pumps competitive prices, which have been achieved without compromising quality or reliability, will be welcomed.
