MIC-3041 is ideal for demanding networking, telecommunication, computer telephony integration, and industrial automation applications.
MIC3041 has two backplane solutions which support CT or non-CT bus for high- end applications.
MIC3041 comes with a built-in slim CDROM and floppy drive for storage media needs and 1U space is reserved for storage devices (hot swappable SCSI or removable IDE drive bays), which gives plenty of configuration options.
With its modular design, the cooling fan module and 300W redundant power supply can be hot swapped for easy maintenance, thereby minimizing MTTR (Mean Time to Repair).
For mission critical applications, MIC-3041 also comes with a chassis management module, MIC-3924L, which is a stand-alone system environment-monitoring module.
Moreover, the module can be upgraded to MIC-3924B, which is an intelligent SNMP/HTTP system management module that provides a simpler way for users to manage remote servers through the Internet or phone line connection using any web browser or SNMP-based software.
MIC-3041 provides plenty of expansion and configuration options and is compatible with all Advantech CompactPCI boards.
The model names of MIC-3041 series:.
* MIC-3041A/6-4R: MIC-3041 clone system, w/ 6-slot CompactPCI 6U backplane (MIB-3041A) supporting CT bus application, and SCSI drive bay.
* MIC-3041B/6-4R: MIC-3041 clone system, w/ 6-slot CompactPCI 6U backplane (MIB-3041A) supporting CT bus application, and IDE drive bay.
* MIC-3041C/6-4R: MIC-3041 clone system, w/ 6-slot CompactPCI 6U backplane (MIC-3804) supporting non-CT bus application, and IDE drive bay.
