Specialist stainless steel fabricator offers a range of 316L stainless steel tank ferrules machined in a variety of lengths to customer specification.

Axium Process, specialist stainless steel fabricators, offers a range of 316L stainless steel tank ferrules machined to customer specification The ferrules, which are available in sizes from 1/2in - 10in can be machined from schedule pipe sizes S5, S10, S20 and S40 as standard and can be produced in a variety of lengths to suit customer specification

The ferrules can also be produced from ASME BPE compliant 316L stainless steel and a range of exotic materials including Hastelloy.

All ferrules are part marked with the material's certificate heat number and material grade providing full traceability to BS EN 10204 3.1.B.

Generally used for welding onto tanks and vessels, the ferrules are available with an internal finish of 0.8 micron Ra as standard with 0.4 and 0.25 micron Ra options available.

Axium Process also stocks a comprehensive range of stainless steel clamps which includes standard, light duty and high pressure options.

Its standard range is available in 316 stainless steel from 1/2in up to 12in with metric alternatives also offered.

Light duty and high pressure options are available in 304 stainless steel with sizes available from 1/2in - 4in and 1in - 10-3/4in respectively.

EPDM seals are supplied as standard although a wide range of seal material options is available including silicone, nitrile, Viton, PTFE and encapsulated PTFE.
