The French company Aries Packaging, specialitst in the production of complete packaging lines, is introducing a new flexible overwrapping line and tray-packing machine.

The French company Aries Packaging, specialitst in the production of complete packaging lines, is introducing a new flexible overwrapping line and tray-packing machine Combining an Ariform 603 sleevewrapper, a divider, and an Aritray robotised tray packer, the new line was presented at the Interpack 2005 tradeshow in Dusseldorf

The new generation Ariform 603 sleevewrapper features a longer packs blanks magazine, less moving parts, and independent left and right adjustments.

According to the company, it offers an excellent ergonomics whilst maintaining accessibility for operators.

The Aritray robotised tray-packer provides collation forming and progressive deceleration of movements for improved product protection at a claimed rate of 40 trays per minute.

The products are transferred in to the trays by a four axis Fanuc M-420iA robot.

All of Aries packaging machines may be complemented by numerous integrated or separate peripherals, such as accumulators, convergers, dividers, conveyors, mixing systems and stackers, together with with control systems for the complete management of end-of-line operations from the fillers outfeed.
