A carbide turning tool insert tool holder uses a patented clamping mechanism to securely hold and lock the insert in place - clamping is rigid and extremely repeatable.

Axian Technology, an industry leader in the manufacture of precision machined parts has developed an entirely new technology for holding standard carbide inserts Gone are the screws, wrenches, threaded studs, finger fumbling, over-tightening, and time-consuming insert changes of the past

Now an inexperienced person can change an insert in about 5s (or less).

The Click Change Insert holder uses a patented clamping mechanism to securely hold and lock the insert in place.

Clamping is rigid and extremely repeatable.

The push of a button releases the insert clamp and allows free and easy access to remove and replace or re-index the insert.

And simply pushing down on the clamping arm after positioning the new insert re-engages the clamp, and the tool is ready for use.

The Click Change tool holder is currently available for CNMG, WNMG and VNMG insert styles with additional styles being added as quickly as possible.

Axian has customers using the tools to cut aerospace high-temperature alloys under the most severe interrupted cutting applications.

"The tools perform flawlessly," said one user, and: "It'll put me ahead of my competition," enthused another machine shop owner.

One company reported that the Click Change gave them the best insert repeatability they had ever measured.

The benefits for switching to the Click Change Insert Holder include the following.

* Increased productivity.

* Exceptional repeatability of insert seating.

* Reduced operator skill level.

* Increased operator satisfaction.

* No tools needed.

* The elimination of broken screws.

* No replacement items.

* No broken inserts due to over-tightening.

In an industry where profit margins are constantly shrinking, here is an innovative solution that helps business owners streamline their machining operations, helping to increase profits and improve performance.

With the world-wide price pressure inherent in manufacturing today, the consensus is - that only with increased automation and productivity will today's small manufacturer survive.

The Click Change tool holder is now available nationally.
