Aetna UK has announced that the Aetna Group has won a series of American orders for the Robopac Genesis ring wrapper.
Aetna UK has announced that the Aetna Group has won a series of American orders for the Robopac Genesis ring wrapper.
The Genesis is claimed to be the fastest fully automatic system in the world, capable of speeds up to 80 wrapped pallets an hour with a top sheet and a genuine 110 without top sheet.
Other Genesis contracts that have just been copmpleted include one with Nestle, which has installed its first high speed Genesis ring wrapper in Kentucky (USA).
The order also included a pallet handling system, together with an automatic film roll changer (ARC).
Another contract with Amcor, has seen the completion of its third Genesis installation and which now has a machine in each of its US factories in Florida, Pennsylvania and California.
South Eastern Container, a producer of PET bottles for Coca Cola, has just installed a Gensis in its factories in Illinois, North Carolina and Ohio.
Aetna said that The Robopac Genesis is already well established throughout world markets, including the UK and it features an automatic and operator-less feed reel change system.
The company added that the new installations prove that major producers in the American market have recognised the machines' reliability, ease of operation and robust construction.
