The Star F30 has been bought by mineral water producer, Peterstaler Mineral Quelle, to enable the company to introduce printed film packs, following a change in the law.

Siegsdorfer Petrusquelle is a large mineral water producer which has ordered a special Star F45 single roll sleeve wrapper, with Siemens operator panel and PLC.

Handlemaier is one of the best-known producers of sauces in glass jars, needed to cope with a large number of different bottles, shapes and formats, and so chose the Star T30 single roll sleeve wrapper for its flexibility.

In Russia, Baltika, St Petersburg's largest brewery, which has four plants and holds in excess of 25 per cent of Russia's brewing market, has installed an R30 wrap around tray and case packer, plus sleeve wrapper Combi in to the new 0.5 glass line in its Omsk plant.

Meanwhile, in the Czech Republic, Pivovara Sodovkarna Jilhava, is an old traditional brewery that has historically sold products in plastic crates.

The company has now installed a new glass line, and will pack in to trays with printed film.

The company has just installed a Planet 30 case packer with lane divider on its bourbon and brandy line.

The largest dairy group in the USA, Dean Food, has taken delivery of a Planet 30 and a Planet 45 wrap around case packer in full stainless steel configuration with lane divider.

These machines have been installed for lines producing large milk tetra bricks.

Major producer of canned tuna, Mare Nostro in Italy, has taken delivery of a Star P30 sleeve wrapper at its plant in the south of the country.

And the second largest producer of jars of olives and capsicums, Berni, has just added a third Dimac Star T30 single roll sleeve wrapper to its end of line equipment.

Aetna UK's managing director, Mark Tucker, reported that confidence continues to grow in the UK and Irish markets with several major Dimac orders currently in the pipeline from blue chip companies in the bottled water, juices and dairy industry sectors.
