The dream is to equip waste disposal areas with systems such as this to deal with the larger pieces of garden waste and sell the end product for commercial gain.
ESSE Gi have established themselves in a market which involves products such as peat, compost, sawdust, straw, industrial powders and granules and soap powders and flakes.
Commercial packing for uses in large retail outlets such as B and Q and Wickes and to smaller specialised retailers for animal supplies and horticulture.
The ESSE Gi DTS 80, the most popular model has a hopper fitted with two different agitators to ensure an even product flow.
One agitator is a set of alternately oscillating levers; the other is a series of paddle wheels for which both the height and rotation speed are adjustable which move the product around inside the hopper and control the layer depth on the batching belt.
Closure of the product discharge outlet is by a pneumatically operated shutter plate.
The CTS 50 has an innovative reel holding system, which does not involve the usual reel spindles and cones.
This allows one operator to change reels easily.
The reel holder unit also features: * Automatic end of reel machine stop.
* Reel braking unit.
* Compensation system when running print registered film.
* Reel adjustment in relation to the guide collar of the forming tube.
* Quick film splicing system.
Special lines can be designed to customers' specification.
Aetna is delighted with the success of the products and says that 6 new systems have now been installed in the UK.
As Aetna expected, the ESSE Gi product range has complemented their own Weitek range in a very positive way, enabling them to handle all types of sack and sack filling in the market place.
Since the introduction of ESSE Gi, Aetna has received a great deal of interest from a variety of Industries, and the name of ESSE Gi has become synonymous with Aetna, Weitek and the bagging of all solids.
