Aetna UK now exclusively distribute Euroimpianti robotic palletising systems, pick and place units, LGVs and complete systems for end-of-line automation in the United Kingdom.
Aetna UK, are pleased to announce they now exclusively represent Euroimpianti in the United Kingdom.
Founded in 1973, this company rapidly obtained a position of leadership in the production of robotic palletising systems, pick and place units, LGVs and complete systems for end-of-line automation.
From single cell stand alone systems through multi-cell production line applications, the equipment has been successfully incorporated into many diverse industries including, food, preserves, dairy, wine, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, tobacco, publishing and engineering.
Their signature machine the Skilled 504 Robot provides flexibility, efficiency and guaranteed positional accuracy to +/-0.5mm.
With four or five interpolated axis operation, a working area of 360deg palletising up to 1600 boxes per hour and a maximum load capacity for the arm of 120Kgs, is it any wonder that some 500 Robotic systems have been successfully installed in 25 countries to date.
Always innovative and aware of ever changing needs of industry, Euroimpianti have taken the opportunity to introduce into their range a brand new model, the Skilled 101 Robot, which includes non-complex software allowing for straightforward configuration of the equipment.
Operating within a footprint of just 9m2, it is ideally suited for applications where floor space is at a premium and its modular design makes self-installation a practical consideration.
Add to this the fact it can be easily incorporated as an end-of-line facility, has an operational speed of up to 10 items per minute and is truly operator friendly, it has been enthusiastically received globally.
