Full of interesting features for economic, operator friendly, and reliable operation, these machines are of specific interest to the Wood Industry.
Ligna has also been chosen as the launch site for several new products including the Easy shrink wrapper, the perfect solution for bundle shrink-wrapping.
Designed to cover a wide range of product lengths, widths and heights, the Easy system automatically measures the size of the inbound product and selects the most suitable web width of film to wrap that product.
Simple to use with a solid and rugged construction, the Easy system provides a better final pack presentation.
A further benefit is the considerable reduction in film consumption against the more traditional single web solutions - an important consideration when dealing with environmental issues and levies! The show will also see the launch of the Compacta 1200A, a budget entry, automated, spiral wrapping system aimed at the lower throughput sector.
The system utilises 250mm plain or printed stretch or Idpe films and is ideally suited to collating, securing and protecting various shapes and sizes of flat packed goods or single panels.
In addition, The Aetna Group will be exhibiting several popular and proven machines including the Spiror 300, a high-speed spiral wrapper for small diameter products and profiles, with a high linear speed capacity.
Also the Rotoplat turntable, which offers the perfect solution for wrapping doors and finished goods in stretch film, with options additional protection with bubble wrap.
Visitors can also view a selection of products from Robopac's renowned range of pallet wrapping solutions for finished goods requiring protection and security during transport.
