Automatic ring wrappers gain American orders

The Aetna Group have won a series of American orders for the Robopac Genesis ring wrapper believed to be the fastest fully automatic system in the world operating at up to 80 wrapped pallets/h.

Aetna UK has announced that the Aetna Group have recently won a series of American orders for the Robopac Genesis ring wrapper.

The Genesis is the fastest fully automatic system in the world, capable of speeds up to 80 wrapped pallets an hour with a top sheet, and a genuine 110 without.

Recent contracts successfully completed include Nestle, who have installed their first high speed Genesis ring wrapper in Kentucky.

This order also included a pallet handling system together with an automatic film roll changer (ARC).

Amcor, who have completed the installation of their third Genesis and now have a machine in each of their factories in Florida, Pennsylvania and California.

South Eastern Container, a major producer of PET bottles for Coca Cola, who have installed a Genesis in their factories in Illinois, North Carolina and Ohio.

The Robopac Genesis is already well established throughout world markets and in the UK and features the innovative automatic and operator-less feed reel change system.

Aetna says that, these new installations prove that major producers in the American market have recognised the machines' reliability, ease of operation and robust construction.
