Aetna UK are looking forward to Total 2007 at the NEC Birmingham and expect it to be another great opportunity to further influence the market place and ensure the continued expansion of their market leadership for pallet shrink and stretchwrapping In Hall 5, Stand No 5766, Aetna will be exhibiting a number of exciting new additions to its comprehensive range of end of line machinery including an Aetna shrink wrapper with single or twin tray loading capability, offering double stacking and multipacking with printed film

Pallet stretch wrapping is becoming even more critical in the production process across all industry sectors.

To fill this need, Aetna will exhibit a range of semi automatic pallet stretch wrappers for pallets and trolleys, including the Rotoplat 506, which has been the best selling semi automatic pallet stretch wrapper in the UK for the past 3 years.

There will also be the chance to see Aetna's mobile battery operated pallet wrapper, which offers a more flexible alternative solution to pallet wrapping Visitors who are looking for high-speed wrappers should look at the increasingly popular Aetna Genesis fully automatic pallet stretch wrapper.

With top sheet, automatic reel change and corner protection applicator, the Genesis is capable of speeds up to 80 wrapped pallets an hour.

Aetna will be demonstrating the Euroimpianti pallet handling automated Laser Guided Vehicle.

The use of L.G.V's opens up the line layout to allow maximum passage across the production and warehouse areas, which in turn increases operating efficiency.

Some very innovative and creative line layouts have been achieved to ensure maximum automation.

There will also be a Euroimpianti Skilled 504 Robotic Palletiser on display which, in a working area of 360deg, can palletise up to 1600 boxes an hour and has a guaranteed positional accuracy to +/- 0.5mm.

As always, Aetna's experienced professional and friendly team are looking forward to greeting customers old and new and will be on hand to advise visitors on all aspects of semi or fully automatic pallet handling and wrapping solutions.
