Azlon Plastic has launched a brand new range of plastic packaging combining both tamper-evident and child-resistant closures on the same bottle.
The company, a division of Barloworld Scientific, has produced its own mould to manufacture the specially-designed closures in house.
As well as ensuring improved control of production, quality and deliveries, that allows Azlon to provide customers with lower minimum order quantities and a larger variety of colours to meet individual needs.
Compatible with the rest of the Azlon range, all wide neck bottle closures are claimed to form an airtight and leakproof seal, incorporating large knurling around the closure for added grip.
Supplied in PP, the 38mm neck is easier to turn, sliding round the neck more smoothly, and sealing in fewer turns (1.75) added the company.
The solid single, rather than two-piece construction, of the new narrow mouth wash bottle cap allows the spout to form a better seal with the bottle, so increasing performance, believes Azlon.
Turning and tightening is said to be effortless and with less strength required to open and re-seal, the bottle is much easier to refill.
