Gastech Australia has a wide range of sophisticated personal gas monitoring equipment, much of which can be seen at stand E33 at The Safety Show, Sydney, Australia, running from 26 to 28 October 2005.

Gas detection has come a long way since miners used to send a canary down a mineshaft.

These days, gas monitoring equipment needs to be easy to use, accurate and reliable, and rugged enough to withstand harsh conditions.

Gastech Australia has a wide range of sophisticated personal gas monitoring equipment, much of which can be seen at stand E33 at The Safety Show, Sydney, Australia, running from 26 to 28 October 2005.

The Multipro gas detector, Toxipro gas detector and a range of personal gas monitoring equipment will be on display, and there will be daily demonstrations of the Multipro IQ Express calibration docking station.

Gastech's self-contained portable instruments are designed to be easy to use and calibrate, making them suitable for adverse field conditions.

Hydrocarbons, oxygen, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulphide, and many other toxic gases are quickly and easily detected.

GasTech's personal monitors can be hand-held, clipped to a belt, or used with a carrying case.

All units feature easy operation, continuous monitoring and readout, audible and visual alarms, and are intrinsically safe.

Importantly, the company also provides aftersales technical backup and service.

A range of products will be on view at stand E33 at The Safety Show, Sydney.

The show runs from 26-28 October 2005 at the Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park, Australia.
