App-Tek OdaLog 6000 IS multi-gas monitor
App-Tek will feature the OdaLog 6000 at Safety In Action and Materials and Manual Handling 2006.
Believed to be the world's only Australian-made intrinsically safe multi-gas monitor for use in confined spaces, App-Tek will feature the OdaLog 6000 at Safety In Action and Materials and Manual Handling 2006.
For more than a decade, App-Tek has been improving the safety of mines and other confined spaces with specialised products such as the OdaLog.
Its small, beer can-sized shape, durability and proven sealing properties have made it a market favourite, according to App-Tek.
The OdaLog 6000 is primarily configured to monitor oxygen, methane (or other flammables), carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulphide.
Two extra toxic gases can also be added to the configuration, allowing up to six gases to be measured.
Other products in App-Tek's wide range detect various workplace hazards, including noise, dust and heat stress.
For more information on the App-Tek OdaLog 6000, Quest industrial hygiene products, Gastec detector tubes and other workplace safety products, visit stand D15 during Safety In Action and Materials and Manual Handling, which runs from Tuesday 16 to Thursday 18 May 2006 at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre, Australia.
