This will help provide Romaco with an enterprise-wide view of its global sales activities and will help to ensure consistent configuration of Romaco equipment worldwide.

Romaco has installed the new iBaan SalesPlus and iBaan ConfigurationPlus solutions with its existing iBaan enterprise system to provide the company with a core sales system across its worldwide operations.

The iBaan for CRM solutions can help Romaco to optimize its contact management, opportunity management and sales reporting capabilities, and improve communication both internally and externally.

They will also provide an automated proposal generation tool to deliver quotes, layouts and customer letters in a standard documentation style, and offer web-based functionality for remote product configuration.
