An enhanced high performance rotary vane compressor lubricant has excellent oxidation, corrosion and foam resistance characteristics and extends oil change periods.

Batoyle Freedom Group has enhanced the formulation of its Typhon V150 high performance rotary vane compressor lubricant.

The company said that its blending of the highest quality base stocks with the latest additive technology has already lowered lubricant consumption for users.

Oil change periods can be extended when using Typhon V150 as it has excellent oxidation, corrosion and foam resistance characteristics, said Batoyle.

Manufactured for use with rotary vane compressors, Typhon V150, is a high performance ISO 150 viscosity lubricant with an operating capacity of 2,000h (subject to ruling site conditions).

Typhon V150 combines all of the advantageous properties of the Typhon mineral oil based products with outstanding thermal stability, low volatility and high auto ignition temperature.

Pooled together these benefits lead to lower lubricant consumption and improved safety features.

Careful control of base stock quality and additive system ensures the user that Typhon V150 is fully compatible with other ISO 150 grade mineral lubricants, making the transition to this product easily and effortlessly achieved.
