Heavy duty motors sold off-the-shelf
A high power motor line now includes IEC frame versions rated up to 1100kW for manufacturing and process industry applications where operation is continuous.
Baldor continues to extend its high-power AC motor line, and now offers IEC frame versions rated up to 1100kW (1500HP) These motors, designed to meet the demanding specifications of process industry users, are available in low and medium voltages

The range of options available is extensive and includes: TEFC-packaged (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) IEC motors rated from 400 to 600kW; ODP, WPI or WPII (Open Drip Proof or Weather-Protected types I or II) enclosures in IEC frame sizes from 400 to 1100kW; inverter/vector IEC motors rated from 400 to 600kW, and explosion-proof IEC motors to 260kW.
