Bauer blanks the wave springs from spring steel before hardening.

Very tight tolerances are held on bore dimensions.

Company expertise extends to precision manufacture to tight dimensional tolerances, accurate hole piercing and stamping complex shapes in a variety of material thicknesses The company uses multi-impression tooling to stamp in spring steels up to 10mm thick and from strip up to 650mm wide.

Available are specialised heat treatments together with protective coatings.

Company certification includes DIN EN ISO9001, QS9000, VDA 6.1, AD-Merkblatt WO/TRD 100, KTA 1401 and QSP 4a.
