Recognition for fork lift attachments
Marshalls, the UK landscape products maker, has proffered 'preferred supplier' status on B and B Attachments.
B and B Attachments have received 'Preferred Supplier' status from Marshalls plc, UK landscape products manufacturer The endorsement of B and B Attachments products and customer service follows 10 years successful trading with Marshalls and has culminated in B and B supplying 99% of all attachments to Marshalls' forklift truck fleet throughout the UK

B and B Attachments has now supplied over 200 forklift attachments to Marshalls including Kaup Double Pallet Handlers, Load Stabilisers and BlockMaster clamps as well as B and B's recently launched PowerMount quick release system.
The company works closely with Marshalls forklift truck suppliers to ensure all materials handling equipment is fit for purpose at each Marshalls' sites.
Prior to placing an order with B and B, Marshalls carries out extensive trials of new equipment.

Multi-pallet handlers are indispensable in the production and logistics of palletised goods.
Forklift attachment damage costs demolished
Concerned about some GBP 40,000 resulting from damage to forklift clamps and attachments, a brewer contracted out maintenance and the associated costs were cut by some 75%.
This was the case with Kaup's double pallet handlers now in use at Marshalls Eaglescliffe and Ramsbottom sites.
"Our extensive testing of the attachments proved beyond doubt that they could deliver the performance that Marshalls' needs, working in heavy side manufacturing", says Malcolm Robinson, Regional Logistics Manager at Marshalls.
"Strength and performance were crucial, as well as ease of use.
We are impressed with BandB Attachments and the company's ability to provide us with continuing support." Customer care is the cornerstone of BandB Attachment's achieving 'Preferred Supplier' status with Marshalls and the company has been able to fulfil Marshalls requirements for a proactive supplier by providing servicing schedules and fast response times through its nationwide team of mobile service engineers.
"Not only does B and B Attachments have excellent products it always puts the customer first", says Jonathan Galvin, Purchasing Manager - Indirect Expenditure at Marshalls.

As well as Kaup's double pallet handlers, Marshalls extensively uses B and B Attachments BlockMaster, a range of specialist clamps, which have been specifically designed for the brick, block, flag and kerb markets.
