On September 19 and 20, Beko Technologies Ltd will be hosting a Bekoblizz Workshop for the plastics industry at Polymer Training in Telford, Shropshire The central event during the seminar will be working demonstrations of the blow moulding process both with and without the installation of the Bekoblizz deep cooling product

This will enable delegates to judge the reduction in cycle times possible with the addition of the Bekoblizz The Bekoblizz - launched in April 2001 - uses precisely controlled, cold, dry compressed air to reduce plastic moulded part cooling times, increasing the production rate of high quality plastic components by up to 30% without loss of quality.

Air is circulated under pressure and spread evenly around the mould at temperatures down to a constant -45degC, providing rapid cooling and uniform, consistent quality of the moulded part.

Bekoblizz eliminates the need for expensive CO2 and N2 refrigerants and with improved production rates, users have been able to recoup the capital cost in less than 12 months.

The workshop will also include guests speakers who will be talking on wider issues in the plastics manufacturing industry. Request a free brochure from Beko Technologies ...
