Plastic components cycle time cut by up
to 30%

Using cold dry compressed air to enhance the cooling process, the deep cooling effect of the Bekoblizz system reduces the cycle times in the production of plastic components by up to 30%

Bekoblizz, the production optimising deep-cooling system developed by Beko Technologies, will be making its European show debut at the K-2001 exhibition, the largest plastics event in the world Held in Dusseldorf, Germany, from the 25th October to the 1st November 2001, Beko Technologies will be situated in hall 12, booth B78

Using precisely controlled cold dry compressed air to enhance the cooling process, the deep cooling effect of the Bekoblizz system reduces the cycle times in the production of plastic components by up to 30%, simultaneously optimising the surface and quality of the manufactured product.

With temperatures down to a constant -35øC or -45øC, cold air is circulated under pressure and spread evenly around the inside of the moulded part providing a rapid cooling, and uniform, consistent product quality while preventing condensation forming.

The Bekoblizz system eliminates the need for expensive CO2 and N2 refrigerants and with reduced cycle times and improved production rates, users may be able to recoup the capital cost in less than 12 months.

Beko Technologies has been involved in developing, producing and marketing discharge and treatment systems for compressed air condensates and emulsifying plant for industrial wastewater since 1982.

Based in Bromsgrove, Worcester, the UK office of the worldwide operating Beko group supplies a full range of equipment, accessories and aftersales support for the Bekoblizz range and other compressed air equipment.

The parent company to Beko Technologies is based in Neuss, Germany.

Present on the Beko stand will be Bekoblizz specialist, Richard Spires from Beko UK, Patrick Mizia from Beko France, Kws Van Gaalen representing Beko Netherlands, and Gerald Strzebin, Melanie Preuss and Sabine Gordon from Beko Germany. Request a free brochure from Beko Technologies ...
