Adsorption dryers cut maintenance costs
by 75%

Adsorption dryers reduce maintenance expenditure by 75% in comparison to conventional adsorption dryers and drying material is in cartridge form, so desiccant changes are quick and extremely easy.

Beko Technologies, the specialists in compressed air processing and transport, have extended its adsorption dryer range, Drypoint AC Beko offers the new small Drypoint AC in 8 sizes for flows from 10.2 to 112.2m3/h (6-66ft3/min)

The new small Drypoint AC dryer family is constructed in an especially service-friendly way.

Beko quote a reduced maintenance expenditure of 75% in comparison to conventional adsorption dryers.

For example: Drying material is in cartridge form, this means desiccant changes are quick and extremely easy.

Beko also promise a reduction of operating costs through the flow-optimised Clearpoint filter - this filter has very low pressure drop combined with excellent performance.

In addition, energy saving via optional software-switchable compressor control is available.

This means that during the standstill time of the compressor, no regeneration air is used - saving expensive compressed air.

The cartridges filled with drying material are designed for maximum efficiency - a spring in the cartridge pre-stresses the material.

In this way, the functional imperfections from bypass build up and premature wear through grinding of drying material - typical for pulsating volume flows - are avoided.

This feature also means the dryer can be mounted horizontally.

Pressure dewpoints of -40 and -70 are available.

Installation and assembly can be adjusted in a flexible way to the conditions of the application.

Thus, the compressed air input can take place from the left or right and the inlet filter may be installed at the side, in front of, or behind the dryer, horizontally or vertically.

The unit itself can be wall or floor mounted. Request a free brochure from Beko Technologies ...
