Filters designed to operate at up to 500
bar
Special filters constructed for use in high-pressure up to 500 bar, offer a whole set of technical and economic advantages in comparison to competitive products.
In addition to the 50 bar filter range, Beko Technologies has now launched the complete new Clearpoint product family for the entire high-pressure spectrum up to 500 bar Beko guarantees the operators of high-pressure systems, through the usage of these special filters constructed for the high-pressure, a whole set of technical and economic advantages in comparison to competitive products

Plastics mould cooling times reduced
Beko Technologies's Bekoblizz system uses precisely controlled dry compressed air to reduce plastics mould cooling times, increasing the production rate by up to 30%.

All metallic parts are made from stainless steel.
Corrosion, reduced filter performance or seized screw threads are thereby eliminated.
All filters above size S045 are fitted with a 1/8in connector for the simple assembly of a pressure differential gauge- an important pre-condition for efficient energy management, costs analysis and economically optimal changing of parts.
The special degree of economy also shows a further feature of the construction.
In contrast to the competitors, the new clearpoint high-pressure filters for 100-500 bar offer element connectors as screw threads or with a bayonet depending on the model size.
This feature saves energy costs.
The flow cross-section is not narrowed eg, through tension rods, as the differential pressure is small.
Advantages also show themselves in maintenance.
Thus, the filter change presents no problem, even in the case of reduced accessibility.
The stamped serial number on the housing guarantees the important inter-connected documentation conformant to DIN EN 10204, needed especially for the safety sensitive high-pressure systems.
Last but not least, all assembled parts, including gaskets are free from substances that cause faults through the use of paint.
Equally, damage through emitting softeners and silicones are thereby eliminated, as are operational faults during painting, or similarly sensitive usage. Request a free brochure from Beko Technologies ...
