High pressure filter resists corrosive
condensates
A high pressure, 50 bar filter with validation has special construction features that offer safety and performance advantages and is resistant to aggressive condensates.
Beko Technologies has launched a newly developed Clearpoint high-pressure filter constructed for the special challenges of high-pressure systems This high-pressure filter has already been tested and validated by an independent institute (Institute for Energy and Environmental Technology) according to standards that are soon to come into effect

Plastics mould cooling times reduced
Beko Technologies's Bekoblizz system uses precisely controlled dry compressed air to reduce plastics mould cooling times, increasing the production rate by up to 30%.
Cooling for blow moulding to be demonstrated
On September 19 and 20, Beko Technologies Ltd will be hosting a Bekoblizz Workshop for the plastics industry at Polymer Training in Telford, Shropshire.
Several examples emphasise the differences from rival products: * Piston compressors create system-driven pulsations in the compressed air stream and generate vibrations.
Conventional filler housings are prone to loss of sealing under these conditions.
* The anodised, powder filter housing consists of a coating that is resistant to seawater.
It is also resistant to aggressive condensates.
Corrosion particles are thus avoided.
* The very stable needle felting of the filter elements emits no harmful materials, is thermally highly resilient and guarantees consistency high performance against wear.
* The electronic level-controlled Bekomat condensate drain, with its own monitoring, works without any waste of compressed air.
Clearpoint filter housings offer, in comparison, more safety.
They have a special fixing and remain sealed even under extreme arduous conditions.
The attachment of the filter head with the underneath of the housing is achieved via a fine thread - an especially sound screw mechanism in comparison to the otherwise common trapezoidal thread.
An especially strengthened base to the housing absorbs the increased loading in the high-pressure region.
Beko offers Clearpoint 50 bar high-pressure filters in nine models for volume flows from 130 to 1,900 m3/hour. Request a free brochure from Beko Technologies ...
