Manufacturer of compressed air equipment, Beko Technologies, has appointed Chris Norris as UK regional sales manager to handle sales and customer support for the Southern region.

Norris has joined Beko's sales team from a compressed air equipment distributor, where he worked as area manager responsible for the development of capital plant sales, increasing service business and expand catalogue sales.
Norris started his career as a product support engineer, he then worked his way up to area manager responsible for service and after market activity within the southern region.
He was responsible for co-ordinating a team of six engineers, supporting all group products and alternative competitor products.
His career has taken him to countries such as India, Ethiopia, Croatia, Russia and many more.
"' Chris has experience in compressed air filtration, condensate management systems and also compressed air generation' - this understanding allows me to talk confidently to customers and ensures I offer the correct solutions and products to meet their requirements," said Norris.
"I believe there are excellent opportunities within this organisation and I hope to grow with them.
There are also opportunities to introduce new products to our current range.
The future of Beko UK looks very promising and I am happy to be part of it," said Norris.
To build Norris' knowledge of Beko products he is provided with a comprehensive structured training package as part of his induction at the company.
This consists of a one week product training course at Beko's head office in Neuss, Germany.
