Rexroth launches IndraDrive Mi
Rexroth has announced the launch of the IndraDrive Mi with a new kind of build concept.
These are the rho4.0 (small) and rho4.0 (large).
Both designs control up to 16 axes as well as 16 kinematics and have a maximum memory of 4MB.
Application software is compatible with the existing rho4.1, so those users may use existing programs.
VxWorks real-time operating system operates the control.
The user can connect the rho4.0 with peripheral equipment through integrated CAN-Bus or optional field bus cards for Profibus-DP, CANopen and/or Interbus-S.
The rho4.0 has Ethernet TCP/IP on board for an easy link with corporate networks.
The housings are either of horizontal design, for placement in 19-inch racks.
The vertical version can be mounted directly next to the drive amplifiers Servodyn-D.
The rho4.0 suits every application due to the ability of selecting between different types of drives.
The digital drive interfaces CANrho and CANopen, as well as a Sercos interface, are available. Request a free brochure from Bosch Rexroth ...
