Variable speed pump drives save on energy
Variable speed hydraulic pump drives offer energy savings and noise reduction and two recently introduced systems can control pressure and flow on a machine.
In comparison to similar systems, the integrated transmission and connection drives transfer higher tensile forces of up to 1,250N.
Even if there is limited space available, the compact size of both drives ensures an easy integration into existing machines and systems.
The position and alignment of the motor and transmission can be adapted to suit the customer's installation environment.
Additional on-site adjustments are also possible.
The new types of chains have been specially designed for the food and packaging sectors.
Products can be conveyed up 15 deg inclined slopes without the use of cleats by using the new cohesive friction chains.
The high friction provided by the extremely abrasion-resistant and large cohesive friction surface guarantees safe transport.
The new roller cleat chain can be used for the vertical transport of packaged products.
This new chain allows customers the possibility to adjust the distance between the rollers to suit the length of the product.
The universal chains are intended for an easy assembly to customer-specific drivers.
An additional groove in the chain surface has been included for torsion protection.
The VarioFlow modular system has been extended to include two new mounting brackets.
Strut profiles can be easily and inexpensively attached to cross ties or to the side of leg sets with these brackets.
