Moreover, Rexroth has further optimised its ball rail systems, now offering for all precision types a processing behaviour that has been markedly improved.
The complete machine tool spectrum covers hydraulic circuit solutions and open loop control systems for linking clamping and handling functions.
The machine manufacturer can match basic circuits to his own requirements and receive systems that are ready-to-install.
IndraDrive, the Rexroth drive generation, is setting standards for electrically-driven motion sequences, offering over a hundred different technology functions.
Integrated safety technology that does not require additional hardware, combined with a wide range of drives with rotating motors and direct drive technology, all open up new levels of freedom in the design of precision application-specific systems.
With the work piece and tool changer linear rotary unit Rexroth is increasing productivity by reducing machine downtime.
The compact, integrated direct drive technology undertakes the movements with precision and with extremely high dynamic response under the most exacting conditions.
